can I be fired for yawning?

My employer is asking me to sign a new contract that includes an updated job description and list of employee expectations. My concern is that some of the behaiviors that are disallowed are involuntary reactions (i.e. yawning). Is it legal for an employer in an at-will state to terminate someone for an involuntary behaivior like that? If it is, are they required to termintate everyone who violates the rules? If they only fire one person, is that discrimination? Can an employee be terminated for requesting time to seek legal counsel before signing the contract? Do I have any rights as an employee in Texas?
