can I be excluded from an incentive compensation plan?
I have worked here for 8 years as a planner. I know that there is a bonus program for hourly employees who make certain targets quarterly as well as a separate bonus program for salary employees 1 job grade above mine. I am stuck in between, can I be excluded from the bonus program simply because I am not hourly and am not a salary grade above where I currently am?
