are the actions of my boss discrimination, harassment and retaliation?

I have made complaint about my boss twice in the last six months, the last time a had to ask for external investigation. I haven't received the conclusion of the investigations.
The first complaint was because she was yelling at me, blame me for thing I did not do. and the CEO just said that my boss was stressed and I needed to understand her.
Second complaint, she started laughing at me because my husband got malaria in India and she said with her husband that my husband did not should come back to the US. also she was continuously blaming me for thing that happened before I started working with the foundation. Human resources manager made an investigation, and I did not received any conclusion.
Last week, one month after of my last complaint, my boss gave me a written warning for action that I can show she is wrong, or for reasons that are out of my hands, because I had to use a software that the company is using to communicate con customers.
I know this is just a summary, but i would like to know it those actions can be classify as discriminatory, hostile work environment and retaliation.
