alcohol smell on breath

I am a securty officer and i was accused by my sit suprvisor of having the smell of alcohol on my breath. told him that i had drank half maybe a beer and a half of a 32oz beer at around 7pm the day before and that i had not been drinking before i had come to work. he then notified our branch office and the client contact and the client requested that i be sent home and that the matter would be be investigated they refused to allow me to leave in my own car and my brach manager drove me home and said to call the off ice arond 1pm. i demanded to be given a alcohol/drug test but was refused. i made several calls to my HR dept. but was never called back. 5 1/2 hours i spoke to my branch manager and he said that i was being removed from the post for having alcohol on my breath an accusation even thought no test was given to prove this accusation. i have made previous complaints against this supervisor in the past to the branch office. whenever i try to make contact with any high level managers with my company i get the run around. i feel that i was uunjustly punished because of this accusation. when i finally was able to get a hold of my HR dept.(after i was informed that i was being removed from the site) she informed me that she could not talk to me about the matter due to it was still being investigated. they have made it very clear that i have lost my position at this site. again the matter is still being investigated. this FALSE accusation has caused me to loose my site, my pay, my hours. ;ike every American i have rent, and bills that need to be paid for. I NEED HELP!!!!!!!. My employer never allowed me to make a writtin statement nor did the ask to here my side of the story. it was bassically " we got a complaint that u had alcohol on your breath your gone case closed.
