Is there a distance requirement for a patio location for smokers.
I would like to provide a patio for smokers at my facility. Is there a distance from the building or just the requirement to prevent the smell of smoke?

Sorry, I'm not sure this is an employment question. I am certain that there are regulations related to this through the Ohio Department of Health or in local ordinances.
