accrued vacation

- Our old policy was to earn it in one year to be used the following year. The new policy advances our anticipated accrual and is to be used in the same year. The year of the change we were not paid for or given the opportunity to use what we had earned. one person retired a couple of months into the new policy and was told she only had two days to use not the twenty she earned the previous year. We think we are owed our accrued time. Are we correct in thinking this. There was no talk of forfeiting time that we recall.
