Workplace physical threat, sexually explicit conversation, and uncomfortable behavior
My manager threatened to hit me Last week as well as she followed me around the restaurant making fun of me... I contacted the owner that evening and haven't heard back... As time has gone on my manager has not threatened me but I have become extremely uncomfortable because she talks about sex with all of the employees as well as we just had a holiday where we were forced to give underwear as a secret Santa present... There is a New Years party coming up and I was told the manager wants to make the gift exchange
