Working a new job in same company without talking payrate, can they cut my pay?

I live in Georgia, and was working one position, then was offered a different position within the same company. Pay rate was never discussed. I have been paid the same rate since working the position. After working the job for 2-months, they are now asking me to take a $3 an hour pay cut, which is a 16% pay cut. I was never told that it was a job that was paid less. Had I known I would have never accepted the job. What are my rights?
