RE: recovering health ins. premiums, what is considered "back" w/reduced schedule?

With two previous pregnancies, my employer has agreed to an adjusted FMLA wherein I take 2-3 weeks off entirely, then work part-time from home for a further 4-6 weeks before returning to work full-time. At this time, it is unclear whether or not I would be able to return to work after the birth of this (my third) child. If the part-time-from-home FMLA situation this time is the same as before, but I end up being unable to return, would 30 (or 60?) days of working part-time from home (during FMLA) mean that my employer could not recover their portion of the health insurance premiums paid during the FMLA leave? (Is it considered "returned"?)
