My ex employer is offering a conditional severance - if a sign a non compete

I'm 56 - got sick - Employer
Threw the health insurance premium at me and said this is unacceptbale - wife also got sick.
After that down hill - entire staff aware of health issues and we were brunt of many jokes and harassment etc. - owner says all hate you here ..
I was sales manager - cause of premiums up - got laid off - said sales down last 2 years your fault -good bye - says severance his perogative - maybe so as less than 15 employees - bad place, wish I could litigate - please help if can Thank you - Dan Milosevich
