Who can help me get justice
Dismissed due to a lie based on a false record from a mental health client I worked with, and 2 lies built onto the false record. I Used fair work for unfair dismissal, and awarded 4,000 compensation. Terms of agreement prevent me talking about issue. Can I involve police because of client abuse and neglect from the organisation employee leading the client to lie for management to use an unethical manner to dismiss me.
I had advised them of stress from long travel to work and advised them 4 weeks earlier, and had developed an episodic condition from life and work balance issues 12 weeks before that, and have caring responsibilities for adult with intellectual disability.
I havent worked now for 6 months and trauma issue.
