Can attorneys (both plaintiffs and respodant) be found guilty of obstruction of Justice?
Or are they only subject to ARDC complaints?
Who investigates ARDC complaints?
I hear ARDC complaints are often a three month suspension.
Who or what agency oversees the whole shootin match?
Or is there none?
Is this what it means to be living in a time of historic transparency and oversight?

You're involved in something way too complicated to try to answer in an on-line forum without knowing all the facts. You should take them up with your lawyer. If you are trying to represent yourself, you will likely lose because you're in an area of the law where common sense won't get you very far.
