What to do if my new boss is trying to fire me because of a personal grudge?

He got angry when I refused to have a relationship with him over 2 years ago, sent me a message that scared me at the time. He has only been my supervisor a couple of months and has tried to have me fired. He is not going to stop. HR kicked it back for some reason and he gave me 6 months probation. He is constantly scrutinizing anything I do, emailing me or texting me insinuating I lie about work related issues. I do not. I feel like a sitting duck and I have been on my job for 7 years and am vested. What can I do?
