What recourse does an emp with maxed PTO accrual have when the company will not grant PTO requests?
I work in Nevada and have maxed out my PTO accrual, and my company has said they will not approve any PTO requests for the next 60 days, I will lose approx. 30 hours of accruals, what is my recourse?
