What legal recourse do I have for being humiliated
Two bosses asked me what I consder to be professional dress. I described. Then One said how did I think my hiar looked. I said it loooks nice. I had it up in a bun. She said: Im just going to get this out and say it, it looks dirty. She said you are very well put together but your hair looks dirty. I have very long hair and wear it up. The second boss said: Have you ever considered cutting it. I told her that was not an option.
My hair was not dirty, in fact it was meticulous and matched the rest of my "put together" self. I was wearing a business suit. I am female and both the bosses are also female.
