Confidentialitv of Agreement. Employee will keep this Agreement confidential
and not reveal its existence or contents to anyone except Employee's immediate family
and Employee's attorney(s) or tax advisor(s), if any, with the understanding that all of those
individuals will also be bound by the confidentiality obligation contained in this paragraph.
