What is considered a "under the influence" conviction?

I currently live in Indiana and am seeking employment in the state of Florida. I have a public intoxication class b misdemeanor on my record from 2 years ago. I am trying to figure out if I should choose yes or no on the application. The application for the position I am applying for asks me to answer yes or no to the following: "Have you ever committed, been convicted of, plead guilty or no contest to, or had adjudication withheld regarding a crime?
(Note: You may omit speeding tickets or non-moving violations; however, you must report any "under the influence" convictions or pending cases (e.g. DUI, DWI). You may omit any conviction that has been annulled, expunged, or sealed by a court.).
