What is a reasonable geographical area?
My non-compete clause states that I cannot compete within 60 miles as a crow flies of my company. That means that I would have to move to another city to be able to work for myself. Is that a reasonable distance? Are there any set guidelines in the state of Ohio to determine what a reasonable distance is?
