What if as a nurse I signed a non-compete agreement with an out of state employer but they have never given me any work. Im going on week 3 now and nothing. Would I still be obligated to abide by the non compete?
I have signed a non-compete agreement with an out of state employer. Its been 3 weeks and they have not assigned me any clients yet....is the agreement still in force or can I resign and work for another local employer in same business without breaking the agreement since not even 1 minute was actually worked nor ever paid by this employer?
