What if I feel that my termination was due to some retaliation from an earlier incident?

In July 2009, I was terminated because my boss accused me of falsifying a doctor's statement. Well, after everything was investigated, I was reinstated. I was covered under FMLA as well. Well once I was reinstated, they tried to deny me FMLA again. However, they finally gave in. They then started requesting doctor's statements for every visit from me and not from everyone else. I also found out from the Office of Civil Rights that the HR Representative who had originally terminated me, had called the doctor's office and pretended to be me to get my medical paperwork, which was a HIPPA violation. Now, she calls me on Friday while I was at the doctor's office with my daughter and tells me that my job has been eliminated, and my benefits were terminated immediately. This all happened 02/11/2011. Please advise me on what can be done about this. Thank You!
