What can you do if your boss continually asks you to do things against company policy and Standard Operating Procedures?
My boss will ask me to sign legal documents on his behalf even though that violates our company policy. I refuse and had our company attorney detail what the policy was. Now he is asking me to go against Standard Opetating Procedure (mostly because it involves filling out an electronic form and he struggles with technology). I explained the reasons why I could not do this and he acted annoyed. What are my rights?
