What can i do? Do i have a case for wrongful termination or defamation??

I worked for my employer for right at 2 years! Recently business got slow and they kept hiring younger lazy immature ghetto girls because they where cute according to our gm. These girls began to bully other employees including myself and eventually started turning co-workers and management against some of us employees who had been there for years. These bullies and shifts got so intense it literally put me into a state of severe depression and me being a recovering addict of almost 2 years sobriety put me in adown ward spiral which unfortunately led to me relapsing. So it had been brought to the management attention multiple times.. mind u at this point it was before my depression and relapse i had recently been promoted to a trainer and had gotten employee of the month and then the bullying got worse again it was brought to the management attention and 1 of my managers and the general manager began discussing me and my issues amongst other employees and eventually i was forced to either leave all together or get a 2nd job to try and protect my mental state due to the bullying on tje night shifts during th3 week so i got a 2nd job and once my employer found out i was basically shunned and any and every thing i did was examined or magnified by management in a negative way. Well 1 weekend the manager who had began discussing my business w other employees on a negative level told me i was allowed to use .my employee meal cards to take 2 lunch dinners home for my children but she was unable to get from behind the grill to close the check out for me so she asked me to take my meal ticket and my meal cards and give them to the temp manager who coukd not close out tickets so she told me after waiting almost an hour after my shift that i could go and that she would close out the ticket and adjust my time card and so i left and went hoke and fed my kids the next day after getting sick and throwing up all night call and tell same manager i would be a few minutes late because i was nauseous but that i was omw and she acted concerned telling me she hoped i felt better but due to me being a food server i didnt need to work but again told me she hopes i felt better and get some rest on my day off nothing more said okay well 3 days go by and i go to check my schedule for the upcoming weekend and the website says i no longer have access to it so i called and shes the manager on duty so i asked her if she knew anything and she said no it must be a mistake to call back tje next day and speak w our gm so i did and he tells me he terminated me because the manager who said i coukd use 2 meal cards and that i could leave andsje would adjust my time apparently was wrong and i was only supposed to use 1 meao card and she would have gotten in trouble for adjusting my time w out gm approval so ti cover her own butt she lied told my gm that i walked out and took meals w out permission and said I didn't show up for work Sunday even tho she is the 1 who woukd not allow me to work that Sunday because i had been feeling sick the night before ive tried talking to ny gm but hes very wishy washy and due to me recently getting a 2nd job they felt some kind of way and so he wasnt listening to anything i had ti say he terminated me right before my 2 year paid vacation time was aboht to be issued and now i don't know if i wikl be approved for unemployment because their allegations of me walking out on my own claims what do i do please help me im from shreveport Louisiana
