What are consequences if a TJ Maxx key carrier loses their store keys

I have been a valued member for 8 years. Because of some recent personal issue I got a final written for a 3rd ncns. I take full responsibility and vowed to fix the prob which I have done because I like my job and want to keep it and it was my last chance. Since OI have no other issues that might lead up to a write up I really was not worried. Til last night when while closing I realized I lost or misplaced my store keys. I retraced everything because I had them 5 min before. So far we still haven't found them. My worry is that is we don't that they will write me up for it because I have heard it is an automatic write up poss even final. I cant get a write up. So just curious if anyone has any insight on this
