What about the HR process being compromised.

I filed a formal greivance with ER against my managing director (MD) who responded with a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP). I was asked to file the greivance by our HR rep who had been in our office to perform an Employee Climate Survey (ECS). Over the course of the next few weeks the HR person started having an affair with a colleague who passing information about my manager including that she had still requested my termination after successfully completing the PIP. She also shared that my MD was recommended for termination in a previous ECS. Our office has had 3-4 in seven years. What are my legal remedies in this situation??
