Was I wrongfully terminated?

My husband was arrested for theft at work. His employer just happened to be a vendor to my company. After charges were filed his employers wife decided to call my job and say that I was involved in the theft. They put me on paid suspension during an investigation. After 3 days hr called and said that they had evidence I knew what my husband was doing and they were letting me go. I explained to them that I did not and asked what evidence they had. They stated that the company has access to all our computers and that the lawyers said I was a liability and that North Dakota is an at will state. I reiterated that there were no criminal charges against me and they didn't care.
