Wage cuts
My employer hired me and my co-workers in at different wages. Above what the hiring shift wages are and now after almost a year (year for some) he wants to cut our wages. Some of the employees would have to take a $2 cut. We live in the "great" state of AZ. I'm sure this is legal but not ethical. Is there anything we can do since we were hired in at a certain wage and they agreed to it?
