WARN act violation

Hello,

I got a conclusion of emplyment letter (WARN) from my employer.
However, the same job I do now (I am still showing for work for this employer) is posted as available in our internal job posting website and other websites available to the workforce in the United States.

I think they actually need my position and that they have used the WARN Act as an excuse to take my work away from me. Several colleagues have stated that I can do the job and that I have actually being doing it and I am qualified to do it since a year ago.

I have also collected written information such as e-mails, presentations, and I have documented phone conversations that indicate (from my point of iew) that I am qualified to do the job, that I have been handling it and that my position has been taken away from me due to political reasons.

Is this ilegal activity from my employer?

Thank you.
