Job is being relocated, not discontinued, but the company is offering a lump sum payout, following a 60 day WARN period, which will begin 7/1/15. If I accept a position during this 60 days, are they still obligated to provide the severance payout?

If you find work during the 60 day period, you are still entitled to your severance pay. Hope this helps.
