Unpaid Commision
My at-will & exempt employment offer letter says ' You will also be eligible to receive a Commission based on net sales you bring in based on the tiers listed below. Commissions will be paid on the 15th on the month after all moneys have been collected.'... I was terminated on 03/15/2019, but there were confirmed orders in the system that I brought in in 2018 & which were executed by company in 2019.. Company says no commission due upon termination, while I feel the 2018 end pending orders in system is my eligibility for earned commission & thus due payable by company. Kindly comment/confirm
