Unethical practices that I refuse to do.

I am an employee for a large company that is having a contest of stealing competitors tags and POS in all the store accounts. I have told my supervisor under no circumstances will I steal tags and POS off our clients shelves for dollars. I have screenshot photos and comments of the VP’s, Regional Mgr’s, and employees bragging about taking stuff from stores. I am shocked, heartbroken, sick to my stomach, and fear my job for not complying. Which is why I have screenshot photos of their Microsoft Teams comments, PowerPoints, and pics. They went as far as to post the contest of the rules and pay out chart for the stolen tags and POS (Point of Sale). I really do not know what to do about this other than to look for another job. I would love any advice or help on this matter, as this has stressed me out. I’ve told my supervisor that I cannot do this and will not participate in this. This goes against every fiber of my being. It’s unethical, my reputation, and our companies reputation. She told me that it is the owners idea and that every company does it.. I told her it will NOT happen with me. I feel like a target now for not participating. What should I do and can I do? Every day has now become a challenge to represent the product as I question everyone’s intentions, authenticity, and integrity.
