Travel time

My employer pays me for travel time based on the amount of time mapquest says it should take me to get there. For example, I travel from Kittanning to Harmarville to get the turnpike which tkes me about 1/2 hour or more depending on traffic, then from Harmarville it takes me 4 hrs (the turnpike sign says it is 200 miles to Harrisburg.
My company permits me to claim 4 hours, doesn't matter if it takes over that, no matter what, road construction, etc.

Thank you
