The owners daughter always treated me poorly, after she realized the parts I was making were perfect, and I explained to her that I had OCD. I was told by another employee that they heard her say

I was only employed for two weeks, and never properly trained, I watched other new employees be trained for a couple hours. When switched to a different department , I also wasn't trained and only explained what to do. I have had many employees tell me that I was treated unfair and that they have never seen someone treated so poorly. Another person told me they think it was due to the fact my parts were perfect, and the owners daughter didn't like that it came so easy to me. I always tried to reach out to find out what I was doing wrong or what I needed to change to make her happy, but I always was giving an attitude back. Being another female treated this way by female upper class , made me feel as if I was constantly being judged and belittled for no reason. It was almost as if they wanted me to fail, so they treated me that way to cause me to always worry about what someone would say to me the next day. I was being told different directions from different team leads. All females , and apparently close with the owners daughter.
