The owner of the company is listening in on our Microsoft teams meeting through his wife’s computer. She is a teammate on the call and when she’s on the call he writes down questions for her to ask. He does not log in and is not an invited participant. In essence he is exhibiting sneaky, unethical and untrustworthy behavior. I assume this is legal since he owns the company but I find it completely distasteful. Is it legal?
