TAPED PHONE CONVERSATION

MY HUSBAND WAS RECENTLY FIRED FROM HIS JOB AT A RADIO STATION BECAUSE OF A TAPED PHONE CONVERSATION BETWEEN HIMSELF AND ANOTHER EMPLOYEE. THE COMPANY HAD A MEETING WITH MY HUSBAND AND THE OTHER EMPLOYEE INVOLVED AND MADE IT OUT TO BE A DRUG DEAL ? IT WAS NOT AND NOTHING TO DO WITH ANY ILLEGAL DRUGS WAS BROUGHT UP IN THAT PHONE CONVERSATION. DO WE HAVE A CASE AGAINST THIS COMPANY OR NOT ?

Taped Phone Conversation

Was the other employee also fired? Did your husband have any history of problems at work? Why did the company tape record the call? Did your husband know the call was being taped or that his calls were subject to be taped?

To know if you have a case against the company I need to have the answer to these and other questions. Depending on the answers he may or may not have some recourse. Whether it is me or another attorney he needs to seek legal representation as soon as possible.
