State of Ohio.
Put in two weeks notice at former place of employment. Was required to leave immediately since I was on the tech team. Signed paper work that was a copy of my two weeks notice and received pay for the next two weeks after I was terminated. Company is telling current employees and reference calls that I was fired from the position. Are they allowed to say that since they paid me for my two weeks that I was not allowed to work?
Can provide copy of signed two weeks notice I submitted.
