Severance was written in agreement as, paid as if wages and regular with holdings. Chk was %40 rate.
agreement states that any monies will be paid as if they are wages with regular with holdings. My w-4 was modified, as I've done in the past, to 9 allowances. I withheld many retaliation claims to get this agreement done on my own. Im in Idaho, worked for major hospital.
