Repay if terminated?
My sister transferred to VA and signed a relo repay 1 year deal. 100% or 0% at the 1 year mark. She just got fired without cause after 2 good reviews 1 WEEK PRIOR to the 1 year mark. They didn't make her sign anything or offer even a severance. Would they dare ask her to repay relo? Isn't that against the idea of good faith?
