Relocation repayment for company that relocated from California to Virginia

Hi. My company recently relocated from California to Virginia. They were subject to WARN act as it affected many employees. They offered a relocation deal which required me to stay with them for 2 years or I will have to pay back if my employment ended with them before I left. However 2 months after I moved, they have told me I am not colloborating and they threatened me that I will receive a low rating on behavior. They have also implied I will be losing the job if I don't correct myself and if I lose the job, I will have to repay them all the costs. They put me under a lot of pressure and no matter what I did or worked hard, they kept harassing me and were rude many times. Because of the stress and because I had family, I started looking for a job and found one. I left the company and now they are asking me to repay all the relocation expenses. It's quite a bit of company as the company used a very expensive relocation firm and I had no control of the costs they paid them. I signed the 2 year agreement when I was in California. I was told that this case could fall under constructive discharge in California even though I moved to Virginia. I am looking for some advice on whether I have a case either in California or Virginia.
