Relocated with a company that has caused injury, am I eligible to sue the company if I signed a relo

I relocated from California to Texas with a company. Prior to moving I begin to have stress related illnesses. During the move those related illnesses begin to be exasperated by the employer related deadlines that were written off as "for business needs" at the time of the announcement and offer letter process i was in the process of a medical FMLA claim. After the relocation the stress related injury has gotten much worse. Do I have an injury claim even though I'm under a relocation agreement?
