Recently my employer removed a portion of there company that pertained to me and several others. 6 individuals(including myself) were told we still had jobs with a different title/position or they understood if we wanted to leave. 5 other individuals were offered different positions in the company or severance packaging. If they offer severance to some affected should it be offered to all. They claimed that our positions were not technically eliminated, but what i was hired for was
