Hired on husband and wife company wife 51% holder. Marriage dissolved May 2012 let go by wife paid 3 months severance salary and benefits. September 2012 husband awarded company in divorce, I hire back on under the verbal agreement of same salary, benefits and severance. March 2017 wife takes back business SBA 8(a) involved removes ex-husband from company. Ex-wife keeps me on staff reassigned to the field after 6 years in the office to attempt to complete a failing project. After (1) year and completing the construction portion of the project ex-wife fires me and refuses to honor the severance package agreed to at rehire with ex-husband. She also refuses to pay unused vacation time of 60 hours which is claimed to be used. Recourse? Can I get my severance package and vacation paid?
