Perfect 9 years, conflict with client
I'm a woman manager with a perfect 9 years, awards, accolades. Conflict with agency of client led them to fabrication of "personality issues". CEO without telling me got involved without knowing any background. Now says "your personality etc". Removed accounts. Now I don't have enough though with my experience I could manage other accounts. And I've developed software worth a few million. Manager told me several times "if I were you, I'd be worried for my job". The lack of getting facts, trying to mitigate, or apply my vast knowledge of our company for good use,i.e. if my personality is a problem, put me elsewhere, but most of my clients adore me.
