Non-Compete with company changing name & classification.
I live in state of Kentucky. My current employer is a division of a larger company, an Inc. They are changing to a new subsidiary LLC and are asking that all employees sign a new employment agreement with newly added non-compete provision. Is this enforceable if no consideration has been given, i.e. no wage increase, promotion, etc...
