Nigger calling

We were working is a rv/trailer park as workkampers, the owner came to us and gave my wife a office position and gave me mainteance supervisor. one of the worker called me a nigger and that same night two of car tires got slashed(Cut)The police was call and a report was made. the employee deneid it. we were sent on a two week vacation. when we returned my wife was no longer working in the office. my postion was demoted back to workkamper(sweeping and picking up paper. very much digrading to us both. Now the lastest thing is that this same employee telling people he don't want any more niggers and spicks in his park. can you please help us.

you certainly have a claim against your employer for the adverse employment action taken against you. but you also have the right to pursue a civil rights violation for violence or threats of violence on account of your race. if you are in southern california, please call me to discuss your case.
