Retaliation due to me quitting

My husband and I worked at the same adult group home, when being left short staffed and doing the work of two people, I put my notice in to terminate my employment. Still being under my probationary period, I was still an "at will employee", per their words. I did not fufill my 2 week notice.

Now my husband is getting written up at work for me taking him to work and picking him up. Bringing him lunch.

He was written up for me bringing a cake and flowers to his coworker for her birthday.

His home coordinator stated today via text, "when I got hired they said people could drop stuff off to you but it needs to be quick and nobody is allowed in the house. I have not heard differently except when it comes to you..." That was her text to me this afternoon.
Given, before my husband started working there, he would bring me lunch almost every day and sit in the parking lot on property. Nothing was ever said about him being there.

We are a gay couple and there has not been one write up throughout the company for a straight couple getting written up for this.

I need to know if this is considered retaliation?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
