Breach of payroll contract
My husband and I were owner operator's leased to a company. We recently were let go. But we had a question about our pay in the past. Because in the contract it states we would get 85% of the loads we take and 100% of the fuel surcharge. After one year it changed to 88% of the load. But we noticed the company was taking it from the fuel surcharge also. This adds up to about $10,000. Is there anything we can do to get what's owed to us?
