My ex-employer was modifying my federal income tax withheld percentage without my consent every paycheck. What can I do?
In Texas I am a bartender and for the past 2 years at the same job my checks are always $0. I also have misc deductions every check without my consent. The owner does not want to pay out of pocket and a few occasions my checks were negative.
