My employment was terminated due to a patron complaint. Do I have a right to obtain a physically copy of this complaint?

I am retired military working as a security guard at a local hospital. A woman in uniform came in to the hospital to obtain treatment for her child. She was wearing her entire military uniform, minus her blouse, and her under shirt was untucked. It is my responsibility an a retired member of the armed forces to inform someone if they are not in compliance with article 36-29-06, wearing of the military uniform. I asked her why she was not wearing her blouse. She informed me that her child had vomited on it and she had to remove it. I then asked her to at least please tuck in her shirt. Her child vomited again and went to the restroom. I did not confront her again, and went to lunch. I was terminated today, and I would like a copy of the complaint, because there were things I was told during my termination interview that were not accurate.
