My employer provided a termination notice stating that our termination date would be March 26th. They’ve just mentioned this week that they would like to extend our employment. They have not given us any additional letter and they said that if we wanted

The termination letter says March 26th is our termination date but the company wants to extend it for our particular store. They said if we want to leave on the 26th we must resign, it will no longer be considered termination.
