My employer is harassing me every few days about being out for intermittant FMLA.

My employer is harassing me every few days because I have extreme pain daily in the A.M. That makes it difficult for me to get to work. I am late most days, usually about 10-30 minutes.
I do contact them in reference to this, and have gotten the FMLA packet in place, as well as a letter from my doctor to please excuse my lateness due to my morning pain and suffering due to Fibromyalgia. I cannot walk well in the morning EVERY day, but am able to function well as time progresses in the day. What can I do about this? I am tired of being grilled every 2-3 days by the supervisor I am under about the same thing. PLEASE help me. He brings me to tears and has actually accused/asked me if I am lying more than once.
